Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DailyForge at dailyforgegame.com (the “Service”), operated by DailyForge (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. Contact: admin@dailyforgegame.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian, who must agree to these terms and approve any purchase.
Playing and accounts
You can play as a guest without an account. A guest player is tied to a key stored in your browser; if you clear it or switch devices, you may lose access to that player's weapons. Signing in links your progress to an account you can use on any device. You are responsible for activity under your account.
DailyForge+ subscription
- DailyForge+ is billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe, at the price shown at checkout.
- Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from the Account page (Manage subscription). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep DailyForge+ until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No refunds. All payments are final and non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits of any kind — including partial refunds for unused time, unused attempts, downgrades or cancellation — except where a refund is required by applicable law.
- Price changes. We may change prices; changes apply from your next billing period, and we will tell you in advance so you can cancel.
- Subscription benefits (a bonus weapon each day, extra attempts, no ads) may change over time; we will not materially reduce them during a period you have paid for.
Fair play
Do not cheat, automate play, tamper with the game or its network traffic, exploit bugs, or create multiple players or accounts to get around daily limits or the leaderboard rules. We may remove results, reset or flag players, or suspend access when we believe these rules have been broken. Leaderboard rankings and results are determined by our servers and are final.
Names and conduct
Nicknames and weapon names must not be offensive, hateful, sexually explicit, impersonate others or infringe anyone's rights. We may change or remove names and the weapons they are attached to.
Virtual items
Weapons, cards, scores and rankings are part of the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and are not your property; we grant you a limited licence to use them within the Service.
Advertising
The free version of the Service shows advertising. See the Privacy Policy for how ads use cookies.
Our content
The Service, including its software, artwork, weapon designs and text, belongs to DailyForge and its licensors. You may share links and images of your own weapon cards.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may change, be interrupted or end. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of game data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as payments, virtual items, disclaimers and liability) continue to apply.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
